A Florida businessman from Miami, James Vosotas has invested across financial services, real estate and the hospitality industry. In his first role as investment banker for Citigroup Global Markets, James Vosotas was in charge of structuring and issuing mortgage-backed securitizations and financing commercial real estate. Subsequently as an entrepreneur, Mr. Vosotas began acquiring, rehabbing and constructing commercial real estate properties, specializing in hospitality and mixed-use. Mr. Vosotas was in charge of redeveloping the David Whitney Building in Downtown Detroit, which included luxury accommodations and a boutique hotel. His most recent focus is in taking decades of hospitality expertise to the luxury short-term rental property segment. Outside of these ventures, Mr. Vosotas’s interests include real estate, private equity and investment, blockchain, and decentralized finance. He has also been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 2010.
